Remember how good it feels to be in your body. This class is all about taking an ecstatic dance journey in a fun/friendly atmosphere where you are free to enjoy the sensation of your body in motion. Give yourself the gift of breaking out of the linear, technological speedy pace of life and sink into your aliveness and wildness.To the sound and vibration of very danceable mesmerizing rhythm-infused beats, feel free to move, dance or simply be still and absorb the energy of the experience. We will begin and close with a circle where participants are welcome to speak about their experiences in the dance.
